The Board of Directors of ASEL in its Meeting held on 03.10.2011 unanimously appointed Shri Hemantsingh Jhala – SHD, as a Chairman for the year 2011-12. Shri Hemantsingh Jhala has been appointed as a Chairman – ASEL, 3rd time consecutively, by the Board of ASEL.

Shri Sunil B. Patel was elected as Trading Member Director of the Company by the Share Holders in ASEL AGM held on 30.09.2011.
